Beloved Sisters in Christ,
Welcome to Year 2020 and the beginning of a new decade!
This is surely your year of divine turnaround in the name of Jesus! By God’s grace and infinite mercies we are still here, and the fact that you and I are still here means that there is still more for us to do in God’s kingdom.
While you are praying for God’s direction and leading or going through one challenge or another even in this new year, why not spend the time offering Him your total praise. Despite the circumstances in your life, God has indeed been so good!
The very words ‘total praise’ brings to my mind a very powerful worship song entitled “Total praise” written and composed by Richard Small a Gospel artist over 30 years ago in the year 1990. Even after 30 years this worship song is still very relevant. Many of you have probably heard it, but if you have not, I encourage you to play it now (check out You tube!) and prayerfully listen to the very simple but powerful lyrics….
“Lord, I will lift mine eyes to the hills
Knowing my health is coming from you
Your peace You give me in times of the storm
You are the source of my strength
You are the strength of my life
I lift my hands in total praise to you
Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen!”

The Bible scripture in Psalm 100:1- 5 (NLT) sums it up when it says,
“Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth!
Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy.
Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his.
We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good.”
Yes, God is good, and in this new year Let us all give Him Total Praise!!!
